At the lawyer - Let’s write a contract: bills, receipts, penalties

Mark:Of course, both contractual parts are present. I have a transportation company and I want to sign a contract with George, I want to rent him two of my cars for the transportation of construction materials. I want 30% from the total returns, ok?

The lawyer:Let’s write the contract: the “International transportation” Company, represented by Mr. Mark Williams, as the sole owner, agrees to rent to Mr. George Smith two10-tone trucks for the transportation of construction materials.
The contractual terms and conditions: Mr. Williams, the owner, is bound: to rent to his client, Mr. George Smith two trucks in a very good condition. Mr. George Smith is bound to maintain the owner’s two trucks in a very good condition and to submit at the end of the month all the bills and receipts related to the last month’s returns; Mr. George Smith is bound to deposit 30% of the total returns into the current account of Mr. Williams within the first 5 days of the following month.
Rental period: the present contract is signed for a period of 6 months.
Payment methods: the 30% deposit shall be made in Euros into the current account from the Bank of America, during the period mentioned above. For each day of delay the penalty is of 1% from the total sum.

The lawyer:Yes, please, now you Mr. Smith…
